Creativity, independence and respect for children.
An open universe. A commitment to children.
We want Yoiser to be much more than a children’s entertainment platform. We aspire to build a space open to creators from around the world, where artists, animators, illustrators, writers and designers can bring to life stories and characters that might never have found an opportunity in the traditional industry.
But children are our true reason for being. We believe young audiences deserve the same creative respect as adults, perhaps even more. Just because content captures their attention does not necessarily mean it is good for them.
We want to offer stories crafted with care in their design, music, pacing and values. Content that is calm without being boring, educational without turning into lessons, and fun without the need for overstimulation. Stories that spark curiosity, nurture imagination and accompany young children as they discover the world.
We will use every tool available to us, both traditional and new, but always with human creative direction, sensitivity and judgement.
We are here to embrace technology’s new possibilities and take our creativity further. To create the best children’s content we can imagine. Because children deserve talent, care and respect.
We are creators. For more than twenty years, we have been imagining characters, telling stories and building worlds for children. We are behind the creation of series such as Pocoyó, Shuriken School, Jelly Jamm and Pirata & Capitano, productions that have reached more than 150 countries and amassed billions of views. Our work has received international recognition, including BAFTA awards, the Annecy Cristal and Pulcinella awards.
We know the animation industry well: its possibilities and its limitations. For decades, creators have depended on major financial structures, distributors and platforms that have all too often constrained our creative freedom.
Today, we believe that can change. Artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities for developing ideas with greater independence. We do not believe technology replaces talent, imagination or experience. Instead, it can amplify them and put creators back in control of their own work.
That is why we are creating Yoiser: a new way of making things, freer, more open and more independent, where tools serve ideas, rather than the other way around.
